Aaron Hill’s background is in free form design for the automotive and mechanical engineering fraternity, Aaron has applied his blend of free form designs with a hard line mechanically edge to the commercial and industrial construction industry. Aaron’s different design background has allowed him to design commercial and industrial buildings that have a fresh look with striking features that are also practical and buildable.
Aaron’s experience in designing through the use of the program Archicad allows him to design the building as it would be built, which removes traditional issues with 2D drafting and also allows our clients to see the project being built as it is being drawn. The advanced 3D drawing techniques that Aaron uses also allows him to create rendered pictures that look as realistic as the finished product. The 3D imaging capability allows our clients the option of advertising pictures of the finished product before it has been built.
Aaron’s business partner Glenn Bradford is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Development and Building industry. Glenn’s project management experience provides the resources to ZZYZX’s clients to provide a complete package from the bare land stage through to the completed product. Glenn’s main focus in ZZYZX is to provide the client with a fully approved set of plans that our clients can use to start construction. Glenn’s experience as a Quantity Surveyor means you will get a building designed that is viable, build-able and with plans that will reduce the majority of issues faced on-site.
